1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the website at kryo.solutions (the "Site"), operated by KRYO LLC, a company registered in Florida ("KRYO", "we", "us"). By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Submitting the contact form is an affirmative acceptance of these terms.

The Site is intended for business use. By using it you confirm that you are at least 18 and that, where you are acting for an organisation, you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

2. What this Site is

The Site describes our IT consultancy services — penetration testing, security audits, quality assurance, AI agent development and security, and business automation — and lets you contact us. Its content is provided for general information only. It is not security, legal, or professional advice for your specific situation, and using the Site does not create a client relationship or a service engagement.

The same applies before an engagement begins. Scoping calls, sample reports, indicative estimates, and anything else we send or discuss with you while we are exploring possible work are general information about how we work — not advice for your specific situation, and not a service engagement. Work begins only under the signed agreements described in section 3.

3. Services are governed by separate agreements

We provide services only under separate written agreements — our Engagement Terms, and any applicable NDA or Data Processing Addendum. Security testing additionally requires a signed Rules of Engagement and Authorization to Test before any testing begins. Prices shown on the Site (such as "From $2,500") are indicative starting points; final pricing depends on scope and is confirmed in a written quotation before any commitment. If anything on the Site conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for anything unlawful;
• attempt to disrupt or degrade the Site or its hosting infrastructure;
• probe, scan, or test the Site or its infrastructure for vulnerabilities without our prior written authorization. We appreciate the enthusiasm — it's what we do all day — but authorization comes first, always. Write to info@kryo.solutions.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content (text, design, logo, graphics) belong to KRYO or its licensors. You may view and share links to the Site; you may not copy, modify, or reuse its content commercially without our written permission.

6. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party sites (for example, cited research). We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Product and company names on the Site are used only to identify the systems our work connects to. They do not imply any partnership, endorsement, or affiliation, and all trademarks belong to their owners. Where an engagement uses a third-party platform — including licences you already hold — that platform is provided to you under your own agreement with its provider. Its terms, pricing, availability, and data practices are between you and that provider.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Statistics cited on the Site come from third-party research and are presented with their sources.

Where the Site describes AI agents or automation, it describes the work we do, not a guaranteed result. Systems built on AI models produce variable output and need human oversight for decisions that carry a real cost. What a specific engagement delivers, how it is tested, and what happens if it falls short are set out in the signed agreement for that engagement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KRYO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of your use of the Site. This section applies to Site use only; liability for service engagements is addressed in the applicable signed agreement.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal data on the Site is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its date, will always be posted here, and material changes will be highlighted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.

12. General

Severability. If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain in full effect.

Survival. Sections 5, 7, 8 and 11 continue to apply after you stop using the Site.
